Return Policy

We do not accept returns unless the product has a verified manufacturer defect. If you believe that the item you received has a manufacturer fault, please follow the procedure outlined below:

  • Manufacturer Faults Only: Returns are only accepted in the event of a verified manufacturer defect, such as issues with materials, stitching, or other manufacturing faults that prevent the product from being used as intended.
  • Verification Process: If you believe your product is defective, please contact our customer service team via Instagram, Email or WhatsApp at +94 743000003 within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be required to provide clear photographs or videos showing the defect. Our Sokk Republic team will review the information to determine if the issue is due to a manufacturer fault.
  • Approval for Return: If the manufacturer fault is verified, we will authorize the return and provide instructions on how to return the item. Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for items with a verified manufacturer defect, as confirmed by the Sokk Republic team. If the defect is verified, we will refund the price of the affected item, excluding any shipping or handling fees, unless the order consists of a single pair of socks.
  • Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and verified, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days; However, please note that the timeline for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction may vary and may take additional time.

 

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. If an item is returned due to a verified manufacturer fault, the refund will cover the full price of the affected item. However, if the returned item shows any signs of misuse or damage unrelated to a manufacturer defect, we reserve the right to deny the return request. In this case, if you wish to have the item returned to you, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Costs: If your return is due to a verified manufacturer defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
  • International Returns: For international customers, return shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. Please note that customs duties and taxes on returned items will not be refunded.

 

Damaged or Lost Shipments
